ਮਾਨਵ ਕਲਿਆਣ ਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੂਰ ਦੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਜਾਪੇ ਪਰ ਇਹ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਹੀ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਤੇ ਨਿਜ਼ੀ ਵਰਤਾਰਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਘਿਰਣਾ, ਕਾਇਰਤਾ, ਉਦਾਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਜਿਹਾ ਕੋਈ ਨੁਕਸ ਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸਮਝੋ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੂਖਮ ਤਣੀ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਢਿੱਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਕਸੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਗਤੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਨਿੱਖੜ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਭਾਵ ਉਹ ਕੁਦਰਤ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਟੇਢਾ ਮੇਢਾ ਜਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਦੀ ਬੇ-ਢੱਵੀ (Inharmonious) ਚਾਲ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਅੰਦਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਪੁਰਜੇ ਇਸ ਕਦਰ ਘਸਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਦੀ ਚਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਵਿਗਾੜ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਤੀਕਰ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਸੋਚ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਸਿਕਤਾ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰੀਰਕ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਕਲ ਵੀ ਧਾਰਨ ਕਰ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਵੈਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਕਮਜੋਰੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਡਿਪਰੈਸ਼ਨ, ਵੱਧ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਰੋਗ, ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾ ...
