Chef John Hickson has been in the food and beverage industry since 1985, Chef John, has been a member of the national restaurant associations education foundation, and has been active on the ServSafe item writing and exam writing committees. Chef John has also been on the ManageFirst item writing committee, he is an instructor and proctor for both the ServSafe and ManageFirst programs, he has been the National Chair of the ANFP (Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals) and is presently the Board Chairman of IFSEA’s (International Foodservice Executives Association) test and review board.
