Book Synopsis
The Perfect Meals Cookbook steps readers through thirteen unique cuisines and then gives recipes for national dishes paired with wines. Its designed to be the blueprint for a home party or utilized to be a restaurant or wine store event.
In a prelude to the course recipes, readers learn about the cuisines unique history, ingredients, spices, utensils, etiquette, and suggestions to common food and wine pairings.
Parties and recipes are designed around a group of twelve people, six bringing a dish and six bringing a wine to each of thirteen parties. Once a group is formed, cut-and-draw sheet are used to determine who brings what to future events. This format makes it fair, so no one does all the work. For those restauranteurs or wine bars making this an event, all the recipes and wine selections are already made to be the perfect host. It’s a great way for a wine bar to partner with various restaurants in the community to create truly unique events to generate income.
