Of Food and Wine Cookbook II: Wine by Region targets a more advance wine enthusiast by helping them select the best wines of a region to pair with food. Wine is produced all over the world and in many different styles, we group wines of a region into twelve fun parties that can be hosted at home or utilized to be a restaurant or wine bar event.
Our fun themed parties allows you to taste over 100 wines and 100 dishes that would be near impossible to do or pay for on your own in just twelve parties. When one finds a wine region they enjoy, they are encouraged to try varietals of wines from smaller and smaller regions, like Chianti wine from the region of Tuscany, Italy. A guide helps to pair each regions wine to your favorite foods.
For those restauranteurs or wine bars making this an event, all the recipes and wine selections are already made to be the perfect host. It’s a great way for a wine bar to partner with various restaurants in the community to create truly unique events.
