The purpose of this journey workbook is to find the truth in forgiveness and acceptance of our grief prison, to break free from it, and to learn to live with it in a healthier way. The goal is to take different approaches from a mental, spiritual, and physical standpoint to achieve peace in grieving.

This workbook was created to help teenagers express the loss of a best friend. In life our best friends could be a sibling, cousin, or a classmate and this is a tool to help teenagers express and understand grief. This workbook can also be an icebreaker tool for therapy .

She came and left, starting as a compilation of moments where I had no outlet for breath which later turned into a journal and has become my triumph over my darkest moment. My motive was to take you on the ride that I mentally physically, spiritually and emotionally had to go on to come back here. She came and left is a testament of My life and God's Glory.
