About The Author
The hills of West Virginia are home to Tom and Lucienne. They have a log house with a loft for a craft workshop, a barn with a pottery studio, and a field for sailboat repair, as well as bees, apple trees and chickens. Reigning over all are two cats: Hurry, the oldster pedigree, and Buster, the youngster mongrel.
Ciana Pullen is an illustrator and portrait artist from Nashville who is currently living in Berlin with her husband (Tom and Lucienne's son). They own a beast named Fujiko, who is Buster's aunt and was rescued from the same back yard.
