The need to do personal interpretation presupposes that spiritual maturity rests upon good interpretation. In turn, the course contributes toward enabling you to handle the biblical text responsibly. The three modules are designed to help you develop a framework for your own investigation of various parts of the Old and New Testaments. Module 1 is entitled "The Art of Interpretation." Module 2 focuses on the Hebrew Scriptures--the Old Testament. Module 3 looks at interpreting the Greek Scriptures--the New Testament.

The study deals with core Old and New Testament concepts, where God is the center and the initiator of spiritual blessings, which he brings to the world in Jesus Christ. The investigation deals with theological concepts found within the Old and New Testaments. Specific points of interest are the unifying themes relating to the Messiah, the kingdom of God, the end times, and salvation. It shall be assumed that the student is acquainted with the general content of both the Old Testament and the New Testament. The task here is to inquire of the meaning of this factual knowledge. Course Description and Student information

This is a commentary on the chapters 21-40 of Exodus. It's based solely on the 1611 Authorized King James Bible, not to be confused with the KJV 1769. In it, I discuss much of the prophetic material found therein, represented by the Tabernacle and the offerings and sacrifices.

The course is designed for students, pastors, missionaries, and church planters. It can be adapted to fit (1) the formation or reformation of a local church missions committee, (2) the development of a new church, or (3) a projected individual or team mission effort. The study is divided into three modules: (1) The Christian and the World, (2) Mission Strategies, and (3) Undertaking Missions. Following completion of the third exam, the student shall undertake a project that is designed to bring the course to a synthesis. 3 semester hours of undergraduate or graduate credit.
