This absurdity sandwich of paper and ink was intended as an admittedly feeble attempt to roughly catalogue my human experience in life thus far, with attention to the way my worldviews changed as I grew. Do not take it too seriously; I certainly didn't. I ask that you make no personal judgements of the author based on your reading. This book contains poems you dislike. The goal is not to tell you about how I am; my purpose is to sedate and capture an emotion, keep it safe, and deliver it as pure and raw as I can to an audience for digesting.

Whether you read one poem or the whole book, consider yourself simple or complex, I hope there is something in this that will help you along the way. A story that took place so naturally, yet was so timelessly bizarre. An enchanting, mystical journey of that which I always expected, yet stumbled upon entirely by accident. This book being a part of it, I happily share it with you and am excited for you to walk in my shoes. There's no moral to the story, and no beginning either. There were things they couldn't contain. We're rolling up the incline. It's called free thought.

Regardless of the sometimes negativity of things, I think you will find that they are glorious and spectacular and you wouldn't want them any other way. How would the most extravagant masterpieces look without the color black? How could anything in this existence happen if nothing was left up to chance? Here are some of my favorite poems and also original opinions I have formed over the years, covering such topics as "Free Will," the "Suffering of God's Faithful," "Black Holes," "Dark Matter" and other topics of metaphysical interest. Much of the science I discus, while at the time written was considered far-out theory, has since been proven by science, that indeed distant galaxies are accelerating away from our own and not slowing down, and that energy does escape from Black Holes in contrast to what mainstream science of the day was speculating.
