Don’t Say Anything is meant to focus on hiding emotions, either by force or because of the lack of having someone to rely on to hear such thoughts. These poems try to shed light on not being able to express yourself, or not having the comfort to do so. Some poems might focus on by-products of not being able to express yourself, such as loneliness, isolation, anger, etc.

This is a chapbook of poems focusing mostly on sad subjects such as depression, loneliness, and the inner conflict that comes with them. It was created to bring awareness to the reality of mental illnesses and to comfort those who know it all too well.
