In 1988, I became interested in sampling beers. I compiled a list of the beers that I tried. This consisted mainly of the beers at Cooper’s Seafood House in Scranton, PA. I also included the common domestic beers that I had remembered drinking. I then updated the list each time that I tried a new beer. I have been doing this ever since. This is my list as of August 24, 2023. It is separated into two sections: American Beers, and International Beers. American Beers are grouped by beer companies. International Beers are grouped by country. There is a three page introduction. There is also some brief historical information about some of the American Beer Companies along with citations.

From my kitchen to yours, Many of us have wonderful family recipes; I decided to print mine to share with my children, friends, and relatives. This way, the wonderful recipes we have come to love will be forever preserved.I have also included my handmade soap and salve recipes. Of course my cookbook is forever changing and growing, but I had to start somewhere. -K
