"Healthy for Life"
The information that we will discuss is from research and experience about the connection between abuse, high risk behaviors, how traumatic memories are stored and what can be started to bring healthy thoughts after trauma. We will also discuss the role of our temperament, personality and the brain; ending our session with how to activate new healthy principles to change toxic memories and behaviors.
The human brain is most dynamic and highly evolved it weighs three pounds. Our brain chemistry influences the major domains of health: memory, attention, temperament, personality, and our physical well-being. If we don’t use our brain properly our brain will go into default mode and become toxic. We will learn how to build a plan and divine structure to regain healthy emotional, physical and psychological healing.
