Book Synopsis
"The Mad Cow" does not refer to madness. Rather, it is about Barney and Savannah dealing with environmental issues such as mad cow disease. Mostly, this little book is about harmony and coming together in peace. Children should enjoy the adventure of the big cows and the little cows. Parents should go out and do something about treating animals with care.
