Book Synopsis
The Lifebook is a space for you to collect, analyze, reflect, and creatively question the data embedded within your everyday life. My hope is that you experience this book as a guide to incite curiosity about the natural resource use and social labor that inevitably and invisibly exists within each of your life habits. There are many ways to learn and additionally many ways to express how you feel about your findings. Record your data as you explore. Then reflect through writing, collaging, painting, drawing-filling in the white space with what you have come to realize about your life. Have fun with it, be deep with your thoughts, and be brave in your expressions as you learn about food sovereignty, community health, and climate balance.
