Book Synopsis
Bethany, a quiet girl is given a strange cloak for her eighteenth birthday, revealing that she is the heir to the Under-Realm, the dark world beneath the Upper-Lands where she lives. She finds herself in a world that isn’t quite what she expected, and now she has to remove a man from a throne he seems determined to keep, even if it destroys the Under-Realm and all the creatures who live there in the process.
Cassander, who has been described as rebellious by the teachers at the Order of Knighthood, is just trying to get to the end of his school year and become a knight, but his plans go off course with just one bad day, and now he has to find these three items that no one has ever seen. If he cannot, he will never be able to become a knight of the Upper-Lands.
