Billy Porras has no access to the web Keene as you wonder who he is really http://www.twitter.com/briankeene as he went after The Pattern of Diagnosis and got this plagiarized by http://www.vampirefreaks.com/RLBaupader -- fanzine why don't you say that to my face or see this in Goodwill as I plan to donate a few copies when they arrive just so they can get a buzz around them.

This particular issue was a labor of love and the fact is you can't handle this Keene is I became published on my own accord without the roster showing I can stand on my own as an author. But as a publisher this particular issue came when the Gazette almost folded. I never really folded the magazine and if you who are reading this want to submit to this magazine the word counts are 2200-15,000 words.

I stand alone in the anthology section on this website so that means I can easy get this particular issue, Issue 10 when I move this in and Issue 9 the readership it deserves. You are not Inmate B61246 as that's Porras' number behind Pontiac Correctional Center. Porras got a 75 year sentence as he was 19 when he was arrested; if you read Polaroids From The Imagination I had looked more into the night when that happened. The Pattern Of Diagnosis played out two weeks after the anniversary of when Porras bragged about what he did.

This was why he was incarcerated. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/1994-08-13/news/9408130010_1_addison-punched-parking-lot I had caught http://www.vampirefreaks.com/RLBaupader plagiarizing this so Porras that pig will be joining you soon. I am sorry but I never even cheated on a math test unlike you who isn't getting out until 2070. And you're on your way to solitary.

Are you willing to get in solitary Porras to harass me on my new publisher as I took down the petition Brian Keene created on care2 to get me pulled off the internet as I am guessing you're stinkycat@gmail.com.

You libeled me as I would never written about that kind of thing; that's why I asked you to go on video and continue with the libel because I am giving you enough rope so you can hang yourself.

Coming on as my characters is gravely disrespectful. You think that's cute going here as *MY* creative properties. I don't have creative commons with my written works so I suggest you knock it the hell off right now.

You're one of my created beings from 2006. I find it very unnerving that one of my characters showed up to bully me as you really should lay off because that petition was truthful -- you're just angry that I got Brian Keene's petition shut down when he showed as my pen name. Why don't you just spend the 10 bones and grab this publication without trying to turn me unpublished like the worm you are Lyth.

You realize everything I wrote with The Pattern of Diagnosis is fact based and nonfiction; don't go plagiarizing nonfiction because what you do there makes you look like a crapstain. Lyth revealed that Marc Lyth wasn't really his birth name so he's a fictional character and meaning I can start assuming his name and start writing as him too being it's a pen name and saying how he stole the identity from an American writer.

Quit dining on your own dung and drinking your own piss as it's bad for your health.

Do you use piss to wash your face? I guess you hate the fact I do believe in God but the whole thing with you trying to leak The Pattern Of Diagnosis as a plagiarized work is not tolerated as I laughed when J.T. Larson got into a car accident because she made fun of this story -- you make fun of this story you really don't have a soul as this story is true and I was able to reveal a lot of the elements to it and show things from the story via my blog on http://nickpacione.tumblr.com. Lyth you must be the one who writes bible slash because how amoral you are.

So instead of pirating my work as I had seen my work illustrated in cool digital mediums and with oil paintings or charcoal; just because I don't write with sexual content most most the time and go after politically charged subject matter. Does that give you justification to defend a plagiarist like Robert L. Baupader. who are you really as you want to go around ruining someone who has very little -- I am strong enough of an author; but going and doing this myself.

You're too much of a coward to go to video an addressing me without stealing my characters or work as I've seen this on Shocklines, "All right let's end his career now and steal his work" as I've seen you and http://www.vampirefreaks.com/C_Mac do this constantly. I never stole Keene's characters to be a tool to him but this is a common thing for the past 11 years when someone was showing up as my characters to pick a fight with me. Nick [Popio] kicked people off for doing that as I am guessing you might be astinkycat@gmail.com as you're too cowardly to reveal your true identity and real photos as you were kicked from twitter for doing this.

She didn't apologize for it -- Tales of the Talisman the edits were minimal; seeing it both stories published were cool to me but you on the other hand. Do you think everyone needs to be a mass market paperback -- the era has changed this is the era of the indie do you realize that? Gabrielle Faust is a pro-abomination author as you support authors who are not Christian or Conservative -- do you have a hatred for Conservatives.

Why don't you go on video and show you're willing to ruin me *Without* stealing my characters to pick a fight. The version of Apt. #2W is expanded one more time and the version that was originally submitted for Witherin was 2100 words as I have this version laying around.

Do you support the plagiarism of my work of David Boyer and Robert Baupader because if you did you denied the holocaust. I never plagiarized you dick; so why don't you fly into Chicago and say that to my face because I have no problem dislocating your arm knowing that. Tell me WHO have I plagiarized -- name one? Then you will realize I never plagiarized my work ever. None of my stories were ever plagiarized of other authors -- these publications all the writers who wrote on them retain their bylines as I never would put my byline on their work if you're accusing me of that. You libeled me there as you don't have the balls to go on video and say I *plagiarized* as Robert Baupader is the one who plagiarized as did David Boyer who stole my story "A Mind Of Illness" as Hotel Purgatory. I know when I wrote The Pattern of Diagnosis as it was the second to last week in November of 2006 it was rejected because they couldn't classify the story -- as it was nonfiction with slipstream elements.

As far as Faust goes I told that she ignored a huge lesson in the industry not to snub their TOC mates if they are publishers. Lucia got easy manipulated by Brian Keene because he was naive at the time as I co-discovered him. You want to have people forgetting about Legend Keeper and The Pattern Of Diagnosis (latter of them is back and Legend Keeper is returning with a different introduction.) I want to see your REAL given name instead of using my character names if you're going to pick a fight with me you chomo.

It wasn't utter shit they were not ready for that kind of story it was real -- a work of nonfiction; the fact you're using a fake name again.

Too much of a coward to reveal who you are. Why don't you get a legal copy of this publication instead of showing up with my work pirated and Baupader plagiarizing it; the fact you gave me a fake name shows one thing you're spineless worm who goes harassing those who have a disability. This magazine is designed in a way where it does rival Kealan Patrick Burke -- he's the equal to what Fox News Channel called Obama. A Total Pussy.

I do more business in Joliet and my photography is done in J-town so for all creative purposes I am out of the Joliet Southland. Tell me something loser; going after someone's SSN does that give you power over someone as you're nothing but a twat. Kevin Lucia grew up in a rinky-dink area as did Sangiovanni. I grew up in a county of 900,000 people so think about that one that county is densely populated and the area I am in to be social is Joliet -- so tell me do you hide behind fake names nutless wonder.

I guess you must be from Rockaway, New Joisey to call Illinois that. I guess you must really hate Illinois that much well it's the area that I drew the most from as a writer. I use real places as settings unlike Mary Sangiovanni who makes up her goddamned small villages. Why make up the weird when it was really there to begin with? That's where The Pattern of Diagnosis came into play. Maybe if you sat down and bought this publication you might like the other writers in this publication.

I guess like Ramsey Campbell I made him choose between careers of two authors; he didn't like how I made him choose. How he supports how Brian Keene went for my SSN so the question is how do I know you're not the one who is impersonating Porras as you don't have the gall to reveal yourself on video. The crusade you're doing -- I will tell you something, it's like Melissa Creeger will lose her soul in the process because she reinstated the serial plagiarist David Boyer.

Insect I wrote in 2004 -- as that was the lead story in Collectives In A Forsaken Landscape; sorry I can't recommend Lyth and my story is set in Wheaton, Illinois, it's from a nightmare and being stung by ground bees when I was chased by bees who took up residence in a bird house. I was 19 years old when that happened. Insect was published by Mockfear.com then was pulled because of conflicts with Keene then was published one more time on downwarden before he became Black Sheets Books. So how could I stolen Insect when that story was mine.

The Statue was also written in 2004 too -- I have the dates on http://www.fictionpress.com/~nickolauspacione when they were written so I am not lying because The Statue is set in Glendale Heights, Illinois, as I will be bringing that collection over here too. Marc Lyth pulled a bait and switch; you want to defend Lyth's origins of those two ripoff works. I don't support knockoff works as Lyth is nothing but a knockoff of my work.

You haven't read the whole thing as you were going around bookcountry.com but you support how Robert Baupader plagiarized this you have a lot of nerve to support counterfeit goods. I guess you grew up buying knock off Nikes or something cheap. Marc Lyth's *story* is a ripoff of the real Insect as I plan to rip his story out of the anthology it appeared in or just get it pulled like he did with me.
