Book Synopsis
This is a compilation of treasured family recipes and favorite dishes and baked goods made by Mama Farrelli over the last 40+ years in the kitchen. The best part of her life was being a stay-at-home mom and creating delicious meals for her family and memorable parties for her friends. The recipes come from a variety of sources – family, her vast collection of cookbooks, magazines and online.
The project began as a summary of how she made Thanksgiving Dinner, so her children would have those recipes as they started their lives as young adults. It burgeoned into an effort to capture ALL of the favorites, season by season. It was written as if she was having a dialogue with her kids, which in a way, it was.
