Baye Kesbamera (Duane Bradford) is a founding member of the Pan-African Associations of America and has been active as a Pan African organizer for more than half a century. He is a member of the Council of Diaspora Pan African Elders supporting the upcoming 8th Pan African Congress part 1 called by H.E. Ambassador Arikana Chihombori- Quao.
