Book Synopsis
With so many different people in our jobs, schools and communities it is important to recognize discrimination and celebrate our diversity so that we can enjoy the benefits and not become victims or perpetrators of discrimination in the workplace.
This book is about some of the experiences and thoughts of a professional, African American man seeking the American dream and believing he had a right to make a complaint about racial discrimination in the workplace.
