Book Synopsis
Paris Resurrected, named in honor of the groundbreaking documentary Paris is Burning, is a deep dive into black queer and trans identities, and the points at which those identities intersect with other aspects of life. Paris Resurrected is a concerted effort to put the experiences of a black, nonbinary person into writing in a world where those identities are not represented in bodies of literature.
