Book Synopsis
This Journal is composed using current counseling and behavior support principles.
It is a resource that can be used by parents and children to better understand cause, and effect, and modify
behavior while building emotional intelligence. Children can use their resource pages at the start of this book to identify positive behaviors, traits, and emotions, which can then be applied to daily journaling.
My Journal encourages children to reflect upon their positive traits prior to daily journaling.
It is also helpful for parents wanting to better understand their child's behaviors and emotions to then use positive reinforcement to modify outcomes.
