About The Author
Jill Dingman is a retired educator, stoneware potter, home remodeler, physical therapist and exercise therapist, who was diagnosed with wheat allergies and non-celiac gluten sensitivities six years ago. After a major diet make-over and resulting weight loss, she decided to seriously experiment with gluten free cooking. This book is the result of several years of recipe experimentation and research.
