Before I read this book, I had no solace in my life. After flunking out of high-school I decided to become a professional wrestler to forget about my failures in life. Every time I suplexed someone I felt as if my parents were looking at me in disappointment. I hit rock bottom. I had no shame. The depression was so bad that I quit wrestling all together and took shelter in the only passion I had in life, Rapping. Now, I ain't no poet, but I can make sh*t rhyme by creating new words. Thanks to this I was able to find something that rhymes with orange, blorange. You see a blorange is just a blonde orange, a simple yet cunning play on words, but I digress.

Lately I have been put down by my peers with comments like:

-"You shoulda stayed in school."
-"You don't even know how to rhyme."
-"English as a second language is hard, don't push yourself so much"
-"Get a job hippie."
-"Who the f**k are you?!?"
-"I don't want your sh**ty mix-tape, get the f**k off my porch!"

This discouraged me from pursuing a career in rap. Until I read this book.

This book thought me that it is ok to be a failure. I don't have to listen to other people as long as I know that I'm good, and I should keep posting my music on youtube until I finally hit gold.

Not only that, but this book is also easy to read. At first I was turned off, by the 120 pages, but after taking a look at it I found that there is less reading material. The first 10 pages are acknowledgements to friends, family and Apollo, the greek god of music, truth and prophecy. I skipped all of it. The next 6 pages were blank. The next 10 were the lyrics for various renditions of the ABC's. The next 5 were an eulogy to pitbull. Somewhere among the book there's 11 pages with the word nigga in it. Such poetic genius. The rest are nonsensical bullshit about life and school, so I skipped them.

This book changed my life, even though it offers no real insight on an actual person's life.

This is a must buy. Don't listen to all the haters out there.

Wow just wow, this book is inspiring to any rapper or person that's trying to make it any industry so relatable in so many ways I would've never been able to make in my life if it wasnt for this, although I have not made a living from rapping. The Dr. Sues inspired cover is too lit on a scale of 1 to lit! People said I would never make even after I spent all my parents money, but still I am a local rapper trying to make it and I just released my mixtape so listen to it fam s*it fire fo real! Never listen to anyone and always keep going forever and ever, or until you bankrupt your parents honestly! Keep it real, thanks to the author for such inspiration thanks fam, I hope to read it soon!
