Book Synopsis
We have a problem! As children of God, as heirs of God and joint heirs of Jesus Christ, the Bible says we are in this world, but not of this world. Why is it, then, that there appears to be little to no difference between the believer and the world? Why do the same issues that harass and harangue the world also manage to overcome and defeat God’s people? Why does the world no longer look to the Church for direction or guidance? Why doesn’t the world respect and reverence the Church? If we were to be honest with ourselves, we would admit that the Church, the Body of Christ, has lost respect and honor for itself. Sadly, the Church, the Body of Christ, has been infected with a deadly disease. This heartfelt, hard-hitting message in book form will help to identify and expose this disease, understand why it occurs, and show how we can undo the damage that has been done—how we can truly return to our first love, our heavenly Father, and see the Church restored. It’s time to bring honor back to God and the Body of Christ. Get ready for “A RESURGENCE” individually and corporately in the Body of Christ. Order your copy today and let our journey begin! To God be the Glory!

I got to give it to Tim, this book is awesome, and i totally understand, because i would be feeling the same way, and seeing christians do things, that make me ask God why? and then i would ask, but your word said......., i'm glad to know i'm not the only one, thank you again Tim, and i give God all the Glory for this book. This book will truely be a blessing to anyone who reads it, very eye-opening, to-the-point detail information, that everyone needs to hear.

As I read it was like experiencing a revival in my car,at the park, and even in my home. I read in quiet places because God started dealing with me right away. I journaled and highlighted many passages. My revelation came as spiritual leprosy was being defined. I knew I didn't want it and in many ways, was already infected. As a Christian who wants to honor Christ with my life this book opened my eyes to what's really at stake. Being saved isn't just knowing our eternal fate. It's about drawing as many of his sheep back home, not with what we say as a body of believers but corporately being the light that draws them in by how we use our time, treat our neighbors, and develop a attitude to pursue our Lord while recovering the lost with our lives as examples of Christ. The Holy Spirit does through the pages exactly what God placed on Tim's heart making us reexamine our intentions with God!

Great book. It certainly addresses our problems of the day. The chapter on compromise sums up why are churches in a decline. I would recommend this reading to everyone who is concerned about the changing views in our world today.

I read Lepers in Sheep's Clothing: The State of the Church Today in two sitting because early in the book I learned something about me, as a member the Church, that I had to take action to awaken the sleeping giant in me. I was becoming a calloused leper; though a minister of the Gospel. Many times people don't take action because they don't believe that there is a problem. Minister Bell has researched and provided supportable and undeniable facts as to "why" things happen in the Church and our lives. Reading was like looking in a mirror and seeing flaws in yourself that contribute to the flaws of the Church. As with any mirror, when you see a flaw, you must "decide" if you want to correct it. But how? Minister Bell provides practical steps to the solution. As you read the book, you will learn if you are part of the problem or the solution. Are you a leper? Read the book!

Curious about the title I purchased this book. I purchased this book on a Sunday and was captivated! Needless to say by Monday night I was at the finish line. This book was so well thought out having so much information and inspiration. At some point in our lives we have been a "Leper in Sheep's Clothing". When I read "Get to the Root" I almost came up out of my seat the contents was powerful! The entire book is definitely a re-read for me. This book can be also used for Book Club readings & discussions! Every home should have a copy! Thank you Minister Bell for your devotion to excellence, integrity & sacrifical service for the cause of the gospel. What a great awakening for me! This book bears fruit that will never perish. This book made me re-examine myself. The state of the church today is in need of going back to the altar. I honor the anointing in your life. The end draws nigh!
