Book Synopsis
When the squirrel village is spirited away, gouged from the earth by magic, Bernard and his four companions, off at a nearby lake having a picnic, are spared the horrific event. But it is then left up to them to find a way to restore their village and save the world of humans. A rainbow points them to Dreary, Chantilla’s dark kingdom. It will take all the courage one can imagine if to defeat the witch and her army of demons. She seeks the Amulet of Supreme Power, left to the care of the squirrel forefathers who had sworn its protection at all cost.
