From Manhattan to Staten Island, to Brooklyn. Even in New Jersey and the wealthy Westchester County, criminals are being executed gangland style. Is it the beginning of a gang war, or a frustrated cop going rogue and taking the law into his own hands?
This is the situation detective Lieutenant Gordon Nunn faces. It takes him from the slums of the city to the home of one of the richest gang lords of the state.
Nunn doesn’t mind if the thugs of the city are wiping each other out. Actually, they are doing the courts a favor. But when innocent people are getting in the way then it has to stop.
