Book Synopsis
Ima Butterfly is a story about transformation. It's a story about a young boy named Johnny who is bullied for not being good in reading. While helping a caterpillar-friend believe in herself, Johnny's self concept improves. He finds a new interest in reading books in order to learn how caterpillars become butterflies. Johnny's classmates finally respect Johnny.

Students interested in nature will learn the science concepts of metamorphosis, while they read about a boy and a caterpillar who are transformed by believing in themselves.

Grandparents, parents and children all enjoy this inspiring story of a boy and a butterfly. In the classroom the book encourages discussions about bullying and self-improvement. Children love to trace the simple drawings and color the illustrations while the book is being read. Great book for children and adults too!
