Book Synopsis
Have you lost a child? Have you lost someone to murder? This book is an up close and personal account of the sheer overwhelming intensity of what it is like to lose a child to such a horrific crime. My only son was murdered at 18 years of age. I believe this book not only tells his tragic yet compelling story but it also takes a close look at the grief of any parent with some that have the dreaded complications that come along with murder. I discuss his life, death, and after effects of coping with this huge loss. At the end, I try to bring hope to many going through this trauma. My only motive in the writing of this is to help others to know that they are not alone and offer some encouragement for the future. I intentionally made this book a "quick-read" because I understand the lack of concentration that many grieving parents experience so I decided that i wanted something that could easily be read in one sitting.
