About The Author
Señora Sonia is a native New Yorker, born & raised in the Bronx. She is a 2nd generation Puerto Rican, raised Roman Catholic. The botanica was woven into the fabric of her being. It has always been a part of her life. As she began to understand how energy works, particularly negativity, she overcame the struggle of life in the real world vs. the life that she longed for. The hardest part was learning to let go of what she could not change and trusting the Universe to handle the rest. She is married, has a son and holds two degrees from NYU. Señora Sonia attributes her success to faith in God, allowing instinct to be her guide and in learning how to do her part. She is living proof that you can fill the void inside and feel good for real.
