Book Synopsis
This is a verse-by-verse commentary on the Old Testament book of Hosea. Hosea warned of the coming fall of the nation of Israel to Assyria, and provided multiple calls for Israel to return to God. These things are important for the apostle Paul noted that these things were written for our admonition and this is the context for his warning to take heed lest we fall (1 Corinthians 10:11:12)
