Book Synopsis
What started out as a need for Christmas ornaments turned into a family tradition that has continued for more than fifty years. Every year I created a unique ornament to decorate our tree and to give as gifts. It started out with me and a few friends. Others joined as our families expanded. By the time my own children had grown and left home, they each had plenty of ornaments to decorate their own Christmas trees. This book shows the ornaments I made and tells stories related to making them. For some ornaments, steps are also included to give the reader a basic idea for how to make such creations themselves. You will be surprised at what you can make with popsicle sticks, wine corks, lobster claws and peanuts.
