One of the best book I have read in a long time. It is absolutely life changing. I have a renewed respect and admiration for Pastor Elma Pitter Smith and leadership in general. May God continue to bless this author.

Dr. Elma Pitter Smith has placed an indelible impression on my mind after reading this book that cannot be blotted out. She is a warrior.This book has challenged me to pursue no matter what. This is a woman of Destiny who has come to the Kingdom for such a time as this.I will not only recommend this book,I will give it to those who need a clear guide on the making of a great leader and a champion for God.

This is a literary therapy. This book teaches resilience, faith, how to wait on God while showing love in tumultuous situations. Each page is captivating and holds your attention. We look at others and we see the glory, not knowing the story of their journey. She is my home pastor a great women of God. Her husband a man of God. One cannot leave their sermon and be the same. This book is a great read.

ELMA PITTER SMITH challenges Christians throughout society to stand tall even in the midst of adversity. She serves as Pastor of the Mason River Shiloh Apostolic Church and Co-Pastor of the Coates Pen Shiloh Apostolic Church in Clarendon Jamaica. She holds the B.A. from Midland Bible Institute in theology, M.A. in Christian Counselling and D.Min. in Ministry, from Central Christian University, South Carolina. Her passion has been to help the church become a training ground for building disciples. Dr. Smith serves as Pastor, Preacher, Counsellor, Marriage Officer, and one who continues to spark and fuel the fires of revival.
