Book Synopsis
This book takes you on a journey of my life, as seen through my eyes, and my own personal experiences, which at times was very painful, yet there were glimpses of hope, and it is that hope, along with the love of Jesus Christ, that pushed and carried me to where I am today, and am now able to finish this book. NOW, by the grace of God, I stand in faith in Jesus Christ, testifying, witnessing, teaching, and preaching to others, that you, too, can be delivered and healed from being a victim, to being an OVERCOMER!
About The Author
Denise Slaughter grew up in a small town in Lincoln, Delaware, affectionately known as Slaughter Neck. At the age of 25, Denise surrendered her life to Jesus Christ and became a Believer and a Disciple of the Gospel. She was Ordained as Pastor on October 10, 2015 of Kingdom Restoration Ministries, Inc., where she serves proudly and boldly with her husband and Purpose Partner, Joseph L Slaughter. Pastor Denise can often be heard saying “Keep it real! She gives ALL the glory and praise to God for who she is today and for where she is in her life, and more importantly, where she’s going. You will find her praising the Lord at any given moment, in any place, amongst any people. Her favorite scripture, which exemplifies her character and her voice is Psalms 34:1 – “I WILL BLESS THE LORD AT ALL TIMES AND HIS PRAISE SHALL CONTINUALLY BE IN MY MOUTH”!
