Harry Nigh, of Toronto Community Chaplin with Correctional Service Canada.

Believe it or not, the Reverend Richard Steve Mitchell, Chief Chaplain and Commander of Friends For Life Outreach Ministry Emergency Service Chaplaincy, did not stop there in him wanting to provide service of excellency to a population which is in need of professional services at a time they are in a states of crisis found it necessary to continue his professional development at Vancouver College of Counselor Training, located Vancouver, British Columbia, where his knowledge in counselling and professionalism received a urge endorsement upon him completing his 5 studies and being awarded with a Diploma of Professional Counselling, after applying much time and energy to such topic as follows:
Personal and Professional Development, Models of Counselling, Case Study Approaches to Models of Counselling, Advanced Counselling Skills, Integrated Counselling Skills, Psychosocial Development, Introduction to Psychopathology, Sexual Abuse Counselling, Substance Abuse Counselling, Introduction to Cognitive-Behavioural Counselling, Introduction to Family Counselling, Listening, Asserting & Resolving Conflict, Loss and Grief Counselling, Family Violence Counselling, Issues in Cross-Cultural Counselling. Having applied himself to pervious knowledge and professional services in as that of Clinical Counselling Skills and practices he was not complied to redo Clinical Counselling skills, and the two year supervision internship, which award the (student) practitioner with a Diploma of Counselling Practice on completion.
