Book Synopsis
This is a habit tracking journal designed for you to keep track of your progress towards creating a new habit. It is said that it takes about 21 days to form a habit. In this journal, I have designated 30 days for each habit. There are 10 crystals in this book allowing you to create multiple new positive habits.

How to use? Assign a habit to each crystal. Each day, after you complete the task you would like to make a habit,
color in a piece of the crystal. Ex: A crystal could be assigned to meditating, another could be used for
practicing self care, daily exercise etc.

There are also lined pages for you to write down your thoughts regarding your goals, a gratitude list,
manifestations, wishes etc.
