Book Synopsis
Welcome to the Alzheimer’s Test Kitchen where we have been sharing how to eat good food to fight Alzheimer’s. We have boiled down doctor’s recommendations and research into three easy steps that will give you the ability to fight this disease with food and attitude.
Nick Sizemore, food stylist cookbook author, www.fromscratchfast.com says.
“I love how much information you provide, not only about the brain but also about the ingredients. It’s a great resource!”
Dr. Hilary Glazer Neurology Specialist www.yourmemorydoctor.com
“Even though there is no cure, there are definitely ways of slowing it down. Medications slow down of the disease by approximately 55%. Lifestyle changes such as food, exercise, and brain stimulation may more than double the effect of medication, so the disease may be slowed down significantly by both medications and the lifestyle changes included in your books”.
