A Walk into Darkness (Selected Poetry and Stories 1979-1993)

Introduction:
In 1978 I began writing in earnest, sci-fi stories and thoughts, by 1983 I had begun writing for therapeutic reasons. In 1989 after hearing some of my work, my friend David Cucuzza talked me into reading at the Espresso Bar coffeehouse in Pasadena. These poems are from this era, up through 1993 my first marriage, grad school, singing with the band at the Upland Boar's Head and working numerous mental health positions.
They are my development, my art, my identity
