I agree with vostrovsky.
The best way to get noticed is to promot your book and tell others about it. If you really wanted to, you could make a website so people who heard about your book can find it easier. Or donate a few coppies to your library! I was personally thinking about that.
But what is a ISBN?? I'm a first time soon-to-be user (I haven't printed my book you, still in mid-editing) so I don't have a clue.
