Posts 1 		I'm working on a book that involves the use of color on one of the pages the rest of the ~100 pages are in black and white, is it possible to get this done as a combination color/black and white printing? it seems rather silly to be paying for color on all the pages (which is ~5x the price) when it's only needed on a single one.

Keeping this in mind, one of the books that I am writing has photographs. I have Photoshop cs6. Would the picture quality suffer if I were to convert the photos into Grayscale at a minimum of 400 pixels?
