Synopsis
In 1871 the Federal Government created the"DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA" charter which in fact created a federal corporation now called "THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA". These constitutions predate the "corporation" and are thus seen by many people as more valid than present day versions of these Constitutions. Also included in the U.S. Constitution is the missing 13th amendment.
