Book Synopsis
The Psaltery Strings Music Book presents 50 melodies popular at traditional music gatherings. Although these traditional tunes were arranged with the Bowed Psaltery in mind, they are appropriate for all melody instruments. The sheet music is in an easy to read format, notes are labeled with their names, chords are provided and drone notes are suggested. Basic information related to reading sheet music is provided for those who would like to learn a little more about it.
The songs include, Amazing Grace, The Ash Grove, Skye Boat Song, Shenandoah, Shebeg and Shemore, Bonnie Doon, Boulavogue, The Parting Glass, Westphalia Waltz, Wayfaring Stranger, Eleanor Plunkett, Down in the Valley, Grandfather's Clock, Down by the Sally Garden, Angeline the Baker, Arran Boat Song, Childgrove, Cluck Old Hen, Barbara Allen, Moonshiner, The Minstrel Boy, Long Long Ago, Rosin the Beau, Rock of Ages, The Water is Wide, Star of the County Down, Old Joe Clarke, Red Wing, Red River Valley and many more!

I would like to learn play my bow psaltery. I have no book or anything except what came with it. It tells me which string is g or d or 1,2,3. I would have to have a song book that tells me where the keys are. I want to play on christian songs for our small church.do you have anything like that? How much?
I live in Albertville, Al.
Is their someone here that can teach me? what does it mean when you have a curve from one letter (c) to another? Take this symbol ( turn it over facing down. one end is on a letter and the other end is on another?
Sorry I do want to learn.
