Book Synopsis
Repair or replace a missing footpedal switch for your USA Vox amplifier - a Beatle, Royal Guardsman, Viscount, Buckingham, Cambridge, Berkeley, Pacemaker, or Pathfinder. Contains instructions, advice, and construction details to fix one or make a new one, including parts sources. Anyone modestly skilled at electronics construction should be able to follow the instructions and make their USA Vox amplifier footswitch work again.

Note: UK Vox amplifiers and Vox amps built by Korg are not covered; only the USA Vox amps built by Thomas Organ in the 1960s and 1970s.

Great book with excellent references to Vox Thomas Organ foot switch configurations. Excellent diagrams and lots of detail information on how to build your own foot switch with the parts you will need. It even has the Hammond model number for the aluminum box with precise hole location diagrams. A must have reference for any tech or person needing to do work on an original foot switch, modifying a foot switch or making one from scratch. From the simple 2 button foot switch to the complicated 5 button 330k resistor offset reverb / tremolo wiring on V1143 foot switch with lamps, this is a must have.
