"The 4 year training log is a great idea in a terrific and attractive format - easy to use, plenty of room to write in comments and specific details, and many useful features to track your progress over the course of 4 years. I think it could be an invaluable tool for the high school or collegiate runner and his/her coach, so that they have all the needed information at their fingertips in one spot to review and formulate training plans. I am recommending the 4 year training log to my athletes and hope to eventually be able to provide a copy to each."

"I did purchase the RUNNING PLANNER. In the past I have kept a log book, one year at a time but it's been great having four years in one place. It helps me to monitor my progress over certain annual running events. Now that I'm a diabetic, it has become even more important for me to record and hold myself accountable to exercise. I set weekly goals (but don't always meet them), but each week, month and year becomes a challenge. In bad weather (cold, wet or hot), the planner helps to keep me going, when my body wants to stay home. Looking forward to the next four years, thanks," Henry D. Wright Tahlequah Oklahoma
