I’ve been fortunate enough to receive Integrated Movement Therapy with Molly & although I anticipated this book being great I am pleased to report it’s better than great!

It is filled with reflections on Molly’s life & work with students, teachers & herself. The essays within this book will resonate with anyone struggling & rejoicing as we maneuver down our chosen paths or are helping others on theirs. Molly possesses the ability to talk about deeply personal & painful subject matter in a way that normalizes and removes the stigma & shame attached to our own situations and she does it with intelligence, insight, humor & grace. Through her essays she invites the student to bear loving witness to our own experience & offers numerous examples of shifting perspective, opening our minds & being gentle with ourselves and others and she does it in a way that is accessible to all. I interpret her openness as we aren’t all that different, but we are all that special.

This book can be read from any & all directions and is set up in an intelligent way to allow you to easily reference if you find yourself in a situation where you may need a different lens to look through. I think if you are interested in or practice yoga this book is a must read but I don’t feel you need to be a yogi, and I am not, in order to be inspired by this book, but rather possess a curiosity & desire to continue to strengthen your life in the direction of love, connection, ease, inclusion, faith & community.

I applaud Molly & her innate ability to teach, transform, reach, seek, encourage, connect & love in the most authentic & accessible way.
