Book Synopsis
Ms. Read the Plight of A Poet is a no-nonsense compilation of poetry written by Glori Morris-Carter aka Ladi Glori. In utter fearlessness, she states her position with society as a woman, lesbian, a lover, entrepreneur, poet and a person of strength. The unapologetic language in each verse tickles the funny bone, while challenging conventionalism and exposing the world to the bravery of speaking your truth. Ladi Glori's mission is to maximize truth and minimize shame. And she does this with unparalleled enthusiasm.
