Book Synopsis

One of our body proteins, alpha-2-macroglobulin (A2M) acts as a life saving molecule which is not known yet in our medical science. Since the creation of the universe, the Creator has endowed not only us, but all living creatures, with an immune system which allows us to survive by protecting us from the attacks of numerous pathogens. When the ability of this immune system is reduced, our bodies cannot stay healthy. The life saving function of A2M for all living creations in the world is not yet came to the light of science.
A2M is a broad spectrum protease inhibitor that inhibits any type of protease and keep us healthy without our knowledge. To prove the vital role of life saving function, protease and A2M levels were tested in the blood of patients for a comparative efficiency study of A2M and proteases in patients’ blood. It was observed that all of the patients had very low levels of A2M: about a quarter of the normal amount. At the same time, quite expectedly, it was found that the efficiency of protease activity in the blood was increased (about nine times of the usual level). This book is a breakthrough in Medical Science. A2M is our own defensive body protein with a unique function to remove any kind of unwanted toxic and harmful materials those causes diseases. Almost every disease starts with the action of enzymes (proteases) and other toxic materials. A2M clears them from the body and silently keeps our body healthy. Therefore, when A2M is low in our body, pathology of diseases - starts. Giving back A2M, cures or prevent any disease.

A2M is present in all living creatures in the world for their own protection for survival and found from 0.6 billion years ago. It is very important to focus on A2M for further study to prevent diseases in all life on earth, including plants, fishes, animals etc.

This book is the key note for this new concept in medical science.

Comment: Dr. Khan wrote an excellent book on alpha-2-macroglobulin (A2M), a very important, yet very least studied, component of human body protein that can play a big role in treating many illnesses. He wrote it very elegantly with lot of examples and references, but without much of the medical jargons, so that regular people can assess the importance of A2M in human body. He presented his results and findings with lot of data that he collected and analyzed over the course of time. The book is very informative with ideas, findings, and thoughts that shows Dr. Khan’s 30 years of deep research on the subject. Dr. Khan’s research on A2M is an opening of new horizon in medical science. Medical students, teachers, physicians will be greatly benefitted from the book. Hopefully, someday his patented “A2M-ShopAnn system” will save a lot of lives.

Comment: I think Dr. Khan’s book is very instrumental in order for us to recognize the unnecessary usage of prescribed medicines and surgery and how the immune system within our body is capable of fighting the certain disease.
